proc board u13 and 29.
Sort of good and bad news the batteries built in.
Bad news who knows what V they are at.
My system powers up and does remember its settings so they are good but
thats one old set of batteries in that IC.
If that is a clock IC or a memory IC with the battery built in, That
voltage should be 3 Volts. I had a SUN computer
with that battery problem and the instructions was on the web, how cut
into the IC and wire an external battery.
I glued a coin cell to the top of the IC

Thanks everyone for all the help. Two more related questions.
1. There is oscillator set up required. Does anyone have an Austron 1121
data sheet? Or know the tuning perimeters?
2. Where is the battery located?
Thanks for all the input. Mine also lockes to Oct 10 1992 but locat.

Also make sure your batteries are not dead on the CPUs as I recall

replaced it.
Maybe it's time to backup the EPROMs.
Also, it should not be too hard to extend the life-time by slight
modification of the software, and there is still people that know the
68010
good enough for it.

Yepper
Simply set the date back by rollover time
there is a gps date converter online that I use to figure it out
