I have a couple of Vectron 229-5657-1 OCXOs, nominal 80 MHz, that have a different pin out to that reported by Nigel. These have the SMA output and only a 24 V supply to pins 2 for + and 6 ground. No EFC.
From the output spectrum, I think these are also doubling from a 40 MHz crystal.
