Maybe I should write "anything you'd likely want to measure. I did not measure the cell phone charger or the LED night light. The real point was that a 24x7 load adds up. The rates here are high but I do know one person who actually had a negative bill where they credited his accout some small amount. He has a lot of solar panels on his roof. So you can buy the rates down a little. The rates here are tiered. Some one who uses very little power pays a low per KW rate. As you pass certain thresholds the rate goes up.
