Hi RG-6 quad shield satellite TV cable is pretty much the low cost / low loss way to go for feed line. The TBolts are set up to use it by default.

I'd rather take care with the connectors since this can be a great source of trouble, so avoid too much connectors on the signals way down to your shack and use appropriate and well-assembled quality connectors.
