If I understand correctly yours isn't working below the frequencies you mention. I have numbers of them and the are all working just fine. Regularly use them to check on wwvb at 60 Khz and LORAN C at 100 Khz. Also for working on the wwvb d-psk-r development. Regards Paul WB8TSL
