Actually, I've been casually looking at a thing that can generate pulses with a specified phase noise distribution. It turns out that human heartbeats, like most all oscillators, have a fairly well defined phase noise/ADEV characteristic, and not only that, but the shape of that distribution (as well as some other statistics) are fairly unique to each person.
