I just had a message show up now at 14:46 that was posted at 11:07 AM
EDT (08:07 PDT). The headers show it took an hour to be received by
febo.com, bounced around for another hour before being sent out, and
then took an hour to get to me.

I'm not aware of any specific server issues here (the configuration is
fairly stock Debian with Mailman and Postfix) but there can be
delays due
to the vagaries of the internet and there are interactions that can
cause
delays for some folks and not others.
I'll keep an eye on things to see if I can spot any problems at this
end.
