I don't think there is such a beast. Once you get away from the radio 
controlled (WWVB etc) clocks the cost goes up quickly. 

Also correct, but a bit of a joke answer:

Raspberry PI driving your television set.  Alternatively make the Pi feed 
control signals to a hacked normal clock.
