Moving past the loss of 60kHz continuous phase reference. Do any of the commercially available consumer clocks/watches use WWVB's new phase encoded time stamps instead of the backwards-compatible pulse-width keying?
Any homebrew projects of note? Potentially the BPSK encoding ought to offer much better decoding here on the East Coast of US. Many of the commercially available, pre-BPSK WWVB consumer clocks didn't sync so well in the summertime due to high noise levels.
