The Z3816A is 8 channel, the Z3801A is 6 channel.

What is the problem with the Z3816A?

OK Marki, I have a Z3816 with a possible bad  5 MHz oscillator. Maybe I can 
swap out the GPS rcvr. I have to see if they are compatible. Does anyone out 
there know?
