Hi Folks! I am following the time-nuts for sometime but this is the first time I post a message and I hope it is not off-topic.
As I live in Brazil, I can not find used equipment in the local market. My (only?) option is to import some. Since money is always a scarce resource and the shipping costs from U.S. are very high, I must opt for some small, light and old equipment. Would this one (http://www.ebay.com/itm/231044866809) be a nice option for a first frequency counter / time interval counter? Feel free to suggest alternatives.
