I got the Lucent 26dB antenna with my Nortel and it seems fine, although I have nothing to compare it to. It seems like a fine commercial unit and comes with the protector mount. I don't know what RDR bids are running up to, but at $30 plus $11 shipping, you might as well buy the whole Nortel GPSTM and the antenna for $150 delivered. He doesn't let on how many of either he has.
