LaCrosse 8055 is one of the few wall clocks I know that allows UTC time zone to be selected.
BTW, I have a Casio Waveceptor watch (the cheap $30 one) and it works excellently, always acquiring WWVB signal at midnight to 2 AM here on East Coast.
