I double checked the capacitors and they are mounted accordingly. No diode seems to be shorted. I have one cap that doesn't seem to be connected to the ground, i will check it later to see if it should or not. On first picture you can see the connectors on the small board. Two of them are the outputs, but i can't figure out what the other connectors are.
