I guess the question that comes to me is why is cloudflare free?
I understand why Didier does what he does for free, he's giving back by serving a community to which he is a member. But what is cloudflare getting in return for paying for the rent, hardware, backbone, and electricity? -Chuck Harris Ryan Stasel wrote:
All, There’s an apache plugin that allows you to get the statistics from cloudflare on each hit. Take a look at mod_cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/resources-downloads) I use it, works great. AND, they just announced yesterday that they have free SSL now. =) I would imagine with your site, cloudflare will greatly reduce your bandwidth, and prevent other abusive behavior (like hotlinking). =) Let us know! -Ryan Stasel
