Fujitsu used to sell ultra-fast charge mode interleaved sampler (CHAIS) ICs. These have analog bandwidths of ~20GHz and sampling rates of 65 GS/s, 8-bit resolution, with ENOB 5-6.
They pipe data out at a max 128 bit* 500MHz (8 GB/s). How are you planning to digest this data stream?
