Z3811A "ON" LED flashing.....problem solved! If only it was always this easy:-) It turns out this is what happens if you switch the "Output Level" from 17 to 23, obviously an advisory indication to draw attention to the higher output. Switching it back reduces the level, as expected, and returns the LED function to normal. Phew:-) I can't remember switching it but don't suppose it arrived like that so guess I must have done.
