For something sold as new, it sure doesn't look like the OCXO is new. It looks a lot more compact than the other auction which has two separate modules which I assume need to be linked together. Not as compact as the Jackson Labs board though, but it does have the (potential) advantage of an OCXO, although one has no idea how good/bad the performance.
