The odd harmonics of 10MHz do indicate a square-ish wave. But there is also quite a bit of 5MHz leakage, even harmonics of 10MHz, and +/- 5MHz sidebands of each odd harmonic. This rich harmonic structure (especially, the 5MHz sub-harmonic, the even harmonics, and the non-integer harmonics) will substantially degrade the phase noise of this 10MHz output.
