I was archiving some e-mails and came across this old message from 2012 that 
may have gone unanswered. 

The Motorola GCPRP12102 in question is one in a series of Motorola smart 
antennas. Motorola called it a "Oncore Remote GPS" and details, including a 
full product description and pin-outs, are included in chapter 5 of the GT+/UT+ 
User's Guide available here:
