The HP8568 was dumped using my "Pylt' code

        https://github.com/bsdphk/pylt

Which reads the display memory over HPIB and spits out SVG from it.

The TDS504 I "cheated" and dumped EPS over HPIB and used a random
web-service to convert to SVG.
