Hi Ok, when the interconnect cable goes out, the boxes simply do not boot up or they boot to some strange pattern of LED’s. I have not seen the 15 pin cable impact the number of sat’s. It certainly *could* do so if the serial interconnect pin is messed up on either end.
I’d try another antenna ….
