It’s not really available as a kit, per se, since it’s all SMD components. It comes either as a fully populated and programmed board ($174.99) or with a case and power supply (for $50 more). For an extra $100, you can upgrade from the DOT050V TCXO to the OH300 OCXO oscillator.
