I was looking to the frequency periods for 110V 60Hz main for that time:

Could be coincidence. But its noticeable events at Feb 00:15 UTC and Feb
14 01:30 UTC. The MCU counter referenced by regular OCXO (its not
disciplined by GPS or anything).
