Judging by what can be seen in the eBay listing pictures: That is a mid 1990’s 
design. I would
*guess* that the same i/o (baud rates, basic commands) that works with a 3801 
would work with it. 
Given it’s physical resemblance to a TBolt … it might talk to LH …

Fortunately the power connector is labeled. You don’t have to randomly guess at 
the supply 
voltage and current.
