Hi LH is designed to work with Trimble (and not Symmetricom) GPSDO’s. The HP / Symmetricom “empire” does not have anything quite as nice as LH to support it.
There are indeed “Trimble” labeled GPSDO’s on the auction sites that are not actually GPSDO’s made by Trimble. They have a few parts in them with Trimble labels on them. The “real” Trimble made GPSDO’s (like the TBolt or the Trimble NTBW50AA) are what work best with LH.
