Was there a similar problem/opportunity at the end of Oct? Should we watch at the end of Nov (last chance for a while)? What did the Z3801A do? Was the bug in the Z3801A or in an ancient version of ntpd without the fix I added (ages ago) to handle the leap second getting announced more than a month early? -- These are my opinions.
