HA! ntp (the implementation) doesn't follow the RFC, which says that ntp (the protocol) is supposed to count seconds in an epoch. It doesn't, it deliberately miscounts when there's a leap second. Instead of simply counting seconds like TAI, it's broken just like POSIX. _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts and follow the instructions there.
