Bruce - You may need to swap EPROMs (July 2006 thread) http://lists.ntp.org/pipermail/questions/2006-July/010829.html
Jason Rabel posted information about the TrueTime NTS-100, a decade ago (Dec. 2006). https://www.febo.com/pipermail/time-nuts/2006-December/022532.html His web site hosts the TrueTime NTS-100 manuals http://www.rabel.org/archives/TrueTime/ Heol Designs offers a series Trimble GPS replacement boards http://www.heoldesign.com/-Trimble-GPS-replacement-boards- In addition, they offered a Special NO24 version (custom firmware) to address shortcomings of the Tymserve TS-2100. I use the Heol Design NO24 upgrade on my TS-2100. http://www.heoldesign.com/N024-GPS-receiver-board-for-Tymserve-2100 greg w9gb -- == Original Message == Fellow Time Travelers, My TrueTime NTS-100 just got hit with the GPS date rollover bug (started showing dates in the year 1997). Does anyone have, or know of, an appropriate firmware update for this beastie? Or is it time to recycle the thing? Would replacing the GPS receiver board cure it? The unit seems to be using an older Trimble unit (I'm guessing one of their 8-channel boards). Thanks much. --- Bruce Lane, ARS KC7GR http://www.bluefeathertech.com kyrrin (at) bluefeathertech dot com "Quando Omni Flunkus Moritati" (Red Green) ---------------- Sent from iPad Air _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@febo.com To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts and follow the instructions there.
