Looks like it's exactly 1024 weeks off. I'm not sure if it's LH or the receiver doing it, but one of them is convinced that the year 2019 has come and gone. The GPS week number is displayed as 1937 (0x791) but the UTC time displayed is for the same day/date in GPS week 2961 (0xB91).
