Hi: A very worthwhile, and often overlooked, museum is located at The Worshipful Company of Clockmakers (1 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2BY, Telephone: 020 7998 8120). It is not very large, but has some unusual objects including many of the tools that were used in making clocks. Their Web site is: http://www.clockmakers.org/ Tom Leedy Clarksburg, MD _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts and follow the instructions there.
