Since your TBolt was part of the group buy, I'll send you a new one. Contact me off-list. But can you double check the -12 V power supply voltage for me? Anything between -7 and -15 is probably ok. But if it fails it will affect the serial port. Also, if you have time, open the box and use a 'scope on both the input (TTL) and output (RS232) of the serial transceiver.
