Hello Time-Nuts, After a very long journey trying to figure out the correct cable configuration between the AcuTime GPS antenna (receiver) and a Datum TS2000 I now have it working. Now I am in need of a manual so I can talk over the serial port. The protocol is apparently not the same as the TS2100.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm more than happy to share the cable schematic if anyone needs it. It would be the same for Bancomm bc627 and 635/7 (?) as well as the TS2000. If you have any of these units you could probably use many different Trimble receivers (Resolution-T for instance) with RS-422 converter (though I have not tried it - yet).
