The UT+ 10 pin AMP connector part number is listed in section 3 of the UT+\GT+ 
User's Guide Section 3 on page 3.2 here:

Motorola did not document I/O connector detail in the M12+ User's Guide except 
to say: " Straight, 0.050" [1.27mm] Pitch, 10 Pin Data Header." So, Randy 
Warner produced a short App-Note on the subject back in 2005. It's available
