The two OCXO are not electrically compatible, you can connect a 10811in an equipment wired for the 10544 but not the reverse. The 10811 is a SC cut crystal oscillator and the 10544 is an AT cut. The crystals are individually tested and the temperature is set at the best point of every single crystal . The 10811 is lower as Phase Noise than the 10544.
