I presume these correspond to offsets of >0.1s, >1.5s, > 3s, and
unreachable. If so, I don't understand the recent graph of
132.248.81.29. This server has had only one spike above 100 ms in the
last few days and one spike of unreachability, yet its score has
regularly been reduced. What's going on?
This server is connected to a dedicated GPS clock, so it should work
rather well. Indeed, until recently, it was pegged at 20 except when we
lost the network.
