In my opinion hand picking the servers to use is best, for a computer
that doesn't move from network or country to another at least. And don't
use just one or two servers, preferably pick at least five servers, so
your timekeeping won't suffer if a source or two stop responding or
respond with bad time. If you don't have enough handpicked servers, you
could add a few pool servers as well to the mix.
