Thanks a lot for all the tests. The results are very significative. There doesn't seem to be too much troubles with the algorithm, but it's pretty clear that the BGP data must be coupled with geographic data in order to give good latency results. I'll keep your results as debugging data for a future version. I'm not sure how much free time I'll have to play with this in near future. I'll try to get it merged with pgeodns, so if anyone wants to play with it, there'll always be an up-to-date version available.
