Using the Shared Memory Driver things appear to work. With Generic NMEA GPS Receiver I could not get rid of about 200 ms offset. I think this was due to a bug in LinuxPPS: the ppstest tool shows double assert timestamps when ppstest with ktimer works as expected. I emailed Rodolfo about this.
