Isn't that for ISPs only? I looked at them before a couple of years back.
gblon01 is only 17ms from here (which is amazing given that it takes 16ms to
leave my ISP...) - but there seems to be no signup page for it.
I've applied again on my company account to see if I get any further than last
time.. It already sussed that my RIPE handle was not registered directly by
me and bounced it...
