It really depends on the route between your machine and the monitoring
server - mine often shows issues even though I know both the server and
the connection are working fine - it just means a router in the many hops
between me and the monitor is being a bit slow/not working.
I would say that the current monitoring problem is somewhat unusual:
- all zones are touched
- the rtt value between my server and x3.develooper.com is as usual and
pretty stable all the time.
