Last year, my typical long-term request rate was around 8 request/ 
second.  It's up to 14.9 req/s now, and when my servers are listed in  
the pool, I tend to see anywhere from 20 to 30 or even 40 req/s...   
Of course, there are some IPs which make the problem much worse than  
it needs to be:

Clients with rapid updates (min requests of 100):

I need to contact their ISP and/or firewall this one...
