One of my long term plans/ideas (read: pie-in-the-sky-will-probably- 
never-happen) is to get a /24 or larger from $ISP and setup a few  
servers with ntpd on all those IPs and a lot of monitoring.

Then we can make the pool.ntp.org DNS servers give out those IPs in  
ways that'll let us do detailed statistics on the various pool zones  
(vendor zones and country zones) and on which querying name servers  
are eventually "responsible" for what traffic - for example finding  
the .tr name servers and figuring out their traffic patterns.
