Good ideas.  Despite the myriad of options my router offers, I can't  
see anything relating to what you said.  Also, DD-WRT / Tomato isn't  
available for my router either.  I think I can only either withdraw  
my server from the pool or look for a new router, which I'm loath to  
do so as it's fairly new.

Have tried dropping the network speed in the "manage servers" page to  
see if it helps.  Probably not, but worth a try.
