mailman 2.1.x on this site. I don't keep track of its (quite numerous at some time) MIME and utf8 related issues, and its just barely tolerable (virtual hosting is not to be done afaik and it has several other limitations I'd like to get rid off, and I'm not thrilled at its spam handling possibilities.) It does its job, and my own ideas about how a mlm should work didn't lead to much code yet, so there ...
