Up until a week or two ago, I weeded out a dozen or so clients per week
who would show ten or twenty thousand queries with an AVGINT less than
10 seconds.
They seem to have gone away completely; recently all the clients shown
by 'ntpdc -n -c monlist' have been good citizens.
Eerie.
