It seems now clear that my server keeps time between 0 and +10 ms
viewed from the pool monitoring system. You could draw a nice average
line showing that by removing the peaks caused by network glitches.
Funny, mine stays within +/- 4 ms without any hacks.
It just means that you have better internet connectivity than I do ;-))
This problem doesn't occur on LANs nor on very constant network nor with a
stratum 0 device ;-)
