The monitor also has some other strange scoring issues. Once in awhile I
notice the max penalty even though the monitor receives my time with offset
< 10ms. Below is an example of a -5 penalty for being 4ms off :-/ Just a
bit earlier it also happened (therefore my score is around 18), but that's
just out of the CSV list now.
