The server admins better take a look quickly, because after just a few hours, it's undisciplined again.
Notice how its score reacted: still increasing although its offset was increasing out of control and only after about a day did it start to decrease. Yet, that bad server still enjoys a score of over 13! I reiterate that high-bandwidth servers should be held to a proportionally higher standard.
