The IP was never published as-is (a google search for it only yields some
old posts about the ntp pool). The name ntp.cs.uu.nl which we advertise has
pointed at that IP for a number of years but was pointed at a new system
when it was possible.

So my best guess is that most traffic is from systems which got that IP
from the pool or from the name ntp.cs.uu.nl at one time.

It's not bothering us, we will keep this system running as long as
hardware, space, politics and costs allow it and keep an eye on the
traffic.
